Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) State Minister Artak Beglaryan and representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport have discussed the reconstruction of the building of V. Papazyan state drama theater in Stepanakert.

The sides met on Saturday, September 10, anc according to a statement from the Karabakh government, Beglaryan emphasized the country's commitment to the preservation of cultural heritage, including by rebuilding the drama theater.

He noted that Karabakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has instructed relevant authorities to pay attention to the development of arts and culture, including through state funding.
