Russia sportsmen to join Armenian Youth Basketball TeamApril 15, 2009 - 14:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A group of young Armenian basketball players from Russia arrived in Yerevan to participate in the training, Armenian Basketball Federation Press Service told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.Currently, dozens of Russian basketball players under 16 can potentially join the Armenian Youth Team. 6 basketball players who showed good results in Russian Championship have been invited to join the Armenian Team. Besides, Alexander Druich, well-known Serb basketball coach, will visit Armenia on Apr. 16. Basketball teams coached by Mr. Druich achieved numerous victories in Russian championships. During his visit to Armenia, Druich will meet Armenian Basketball Federation Management and supervise several trainings of Armenian Youth Team.
