Turkey makes four terms for Armenia to establish diplomatic relations and open the border with the neighboring republic, Turkish Takvim opposition newspaper reports.The terms are as follows: establishment of joint commission for studying the fact of the Armenian Genocide and opening of all archives, including those of ARF Dashnaktsutyun; exclusion of territorial claims to Turkey from Independence Act of Armenia of 1990; withdrawal of troops from Nagorno Karabakh and acceptance of Treaty of Kars provisions. According to opposition media, Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will set these preconditions during talks in Armenia.
