1.67 tourists traveled to Armenia in 2022 – preliminary data

PanARMENIAN.Net - Preliminary data suggests 1.67 million tourists traveled to Armenia throughout 2022, the Tourism Committee said Monday, January 9.

According to the Committee, 130,000 people arrived in Armenia 2022, up from 67,000 in 2021.

“For the second time this year, we exceeded 2019's monthly visits, hosting 130,429 trips (110,685 trips in December 2019),” the Committee added.

Authorities predict that in 2023, Armenia will be able to reach the results of 2019, when 1,894,377 tourists visited the country.
