Vahan Kostanyan named Armenia Deputy Foreign Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Friday, January 27 appointed Vahan Kostanyan as Deputy Foreign Minister.

Before his appointment in the post Kostanyan served as an advisor to the Foreign Minister after working as an aide earlier.

At some point, the diplomat was the spokesperson of the ruling Civil Contract party.
