"There was a violation of the ceasefire regime in the Martuni region. There were no casualties," the report says. An investigation into the incident is underway, the Ministry added. "The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, together with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides, is conducting an investigation into this fact," the Ministry of Defense said. Since December 12, the sole road connecting Nagorno Karabakh to Armenia - the Lachin Corridor - has been blocked by self-described Azerbaijani environmentalists.
