«Amnesty International» international organization has expressed its concern regarding the US military cooperation with a number of states within the framework of the struggle against the terrorism. Azerbaijan is also in the list of these countries. The worries are particularly concerned with that within the framework of the struggle against the terrorism, Washington has passed large quantity of weapons to the countries not paying much attention to the protection of human rights and where the human rights are regularly violated. Yesterday, this organization made an appeal to the «Big Seven» countries for strict control of the process of passing the weapons to countries where there are serious violations of the law entailing the loss of lives.
