System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian has called for sanctioning Azeri President Ilham Aliyev amid Azerbaijan’s latest aggression against Armenia, which resulted in the death of three Armenian troops.

Tankian shared information about the clashes that happened on Tuesday, April 11, and used the hashtag #sanctionAliyev with the post.

In addition to the fatalities, six Armenian servicemen were injured in the attack, one of them is in critical condition.
