 Karabakh hosting 3rd program of Matena International Leadership School May 8, 2023 - 14:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Saturday, May 6, the third program of Matena International School of Leadership and Professional Development kickstarted in Stepanakert, former Minister of State of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Ruben Vardanyan has said. The project is implemented in cooperation with the territorial development agency We Are Our Mountains established by Vardanyan.
