Azerbaijan fires from grenade launchers to violate Karabakh ceasefire

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani military on Thursday, May 18 violated the ceasefire in Nagorno Karabakh and fired from AGS-17 automatic grenade launchers and firearms in the northern, eastern and central sections of the contact line.

According to a report from the Defense Army, the Azeris also targeted a civilian working in the field and opened fire towards the Kachen copper mine.

No casualties were reported on the Armenian side.

The Defense Army said the situation was relatively calm as of Friday morning.
