Karabakh denies Azerbaijan’s ceasefire accusations![]() June 3, 2023 - 15:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Defense Army of Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) on Saturday, June 3 denied firing on Azerbaijani positions across the line of contact. “The statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that the Defense Army units allegedly opened fire against Azerbaijani combat positions located in the occupied territories of Askeran, Shushi, Martuni and Karvachar of the Republic of Artsakh on June 3 night does not correspond to reality,” the Defense Army said in a short statement. ![]() ![]() Gegham Stepanyan has said at at least two civilians, including one child, have been killed in Azerbaijani assault. The ICRC said on September 18 that it had sent humanitarian convoys to Nagorno-Karabakh from Armenia and Azerbaijan simultaneously. The Azerbaijani military employed drones and mortars near the village of Sotk, Gegharkunik province, the Defense Ministry of Armenia reports.
