European Parliament to debate situation in Karabakh

PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Parliament will debate the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh and at the Lachin Corridor on Tuesday, June 13.

According to the parliament’s schedule, relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are also on the agenda.

Since December 12, the sole road connecting Nagorno Karabakh to Armenia - the Lachin Corridor - has been blocked by Azerbaijan. Karabakh residents have reported food and fuel shortages, while hospital patients don't have access to essential medicines, with only a handful allowed transfer to facilities in Armenia proper.
