PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire and opened fire from the outskirts of Stepanakert, Nagorno-Karabakh’s capital, Karabakh police said on Thursday, September 21.

The shooting can be heard in the center of Stepanakert, the police added, urging residents to remain inside.

The ceasefire violation comes a day after the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh accepted all of Azerbaijan’s demands, including the dissolution of the Defense Army.
