Iran earthquake felt in Armenia’s south

PanARMENIAN.Net - A 4.3-magnitude earthquake that struck Iran on Monday, October 23 was felt in several settlements in southern Armenia, the country’s Interior Ministry reports.

The tremor happened at a depth of 10 km below the surface. It has not caused any damage, but was felt by many people as light vibration in the area of the epicenter.

Weak shaking was felt in several communities of Armenia’s Syunik province too.
