"Pay attention to the fact that gunman Farda Gadirov had lived in Russia for 15 years before arriving in Baku. This cold-bloodedly committed crime was a result of psychological training, what is peculiar to special forces," said Arastun Orujlu, head of East-West analytical center. "The crime was thoroughly thought-out.
