Karabakh conflict sides maintained 15-year ceasefire
Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan demonstrated political will and signed a ceasefire agreement. Despite numerous violations, ceasefire has been maintained for 15 years, an NKR official said.
"Now, we wish Yerevan, Stepanakert and Baku signed an agreement to confirm commitment to ceasefire and to resolve the conflict in compliance with the international norms," Vahram Atanesyan, head of NKR NA committee on external relations, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
He also stressed that registration of Nagorno Karabakh as full-fledged party to talks held in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
