MEETING OF ARMENIAN AND TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTERS TO BE HELD WITHIN BLACK SEA ECONOMIC COOPERATION ISTANBUL SUMMIT FRAMEWORK TO ALL APPEARANCE
The meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia Vardan Oskanian and Turkey Ismail Cem may be held in Istanbul June 24-25 within the framework of the Istanbul summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Armenian Foreign Ministry press secretary Dzyunik Aghajanian told the "Arminfo" agency correspondent about it. In her words, there are no final arrangements on holding such a meeting. Meanwhile, the reports that the trilateral meeting of the Armenian, Azeri and Turkish foreign ministers will be held in Istanbul were not confirmed. Azeri Foreign Ministry head Vilayat Guliyev denied the information about holding the next meeting of the foreign ministers of the three countries within the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Istanbul summit. In his words, he will not participate in the summit himself, as he will be in the Sudanese capital where the 29-th session of the Council of foreign ministers of "Islamic Conference" organization will be held. At the same time Guliyev did not rule out his Armenian and Turkish counterparts' holding a bilateral meeting.
