RA President recommends Turkey to refrain from interference in Nagorno Karabakh process

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan received today Brian Fall, a Special Representatives of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in the South Caucasus. The Armenian President highly appreciated the suggestion of the British side to conduct regular consultations between foreign ministries of two countries. According to Mr. Sargsyan, this will enable to be aware of two countries' positions on a number of topics.



Officials also discussed the process of Armenian-Turkish reconciliation. The president Serzh Sargsyan presented his view on different statements, voiced by Turkish officials and emphasized, that the most important think Turkey can do to assist the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, to refrain from any interference in that process at all.



As the British diplomat stated, The Great Britain assists to efforts of the Minsk Group of OSCE and emphasized that settlement of the conflict should be based on resolutions and principles of international law.
