Armenian Embassy in Syria to temporarily relocate to Beirut

PanARMENIAN.Net - Due to the security situation in Syria, the diplomatic staff of the Embassy of Armenia in Damascus will temporarily continue its work from Beirut, the Armenian Foreign Miniatry reports.

After the announcement of a hotline at the embassy in Damascus last week, the embassy responded to calls received regarding obtaining visas to Armenia, passports, and the possibility of evacuation. There is currently no safe option for the latter, the Ministry said.

Subsequently, contact with Armenian citizens will be maintained from the Armenia’s Embassy in Beirut through the following hotline: +96176447205 (mobile).
