Mirzoyan reaffirms Armenia’s stance on regional infrastructure

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, during a meeting in Moscow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, reaffirmed the importance of unblocking all regional infrastructure for Armenia.

He spoke about the Peace Crossroads initiative, TASS reports.

“I am pleased to reaffirm Armenia’s vision to unblock all regional economic and transport infrastructure, which is envisioned within the framework of the ‘Peace Crossroads’ initiative,” Mirzoyan stated.

The government has developed and presented the “Peace Crossroads” initiative, focusing on enhancing communication between Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Iran. This includes the repair, construction, and operation of roads, railways, pipelines, cables, and power lines. All infrastructure—roads, railways, airways, pipelines, cables, and power lines—will operate under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the countries they traverse.
