EU Special Representative in South Caucasus Peter Semniby expressed hope that Armenian and Azeri Presidents' upcoming meeting in St. Petersburg will give conflicting parties opportunity to bring their positions closer, says EU report on outcomes of Semniby's recent visit to Azerbaijan.
