Tatoyan: new reports on Armenian captives submitted to international bodies

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenian Human Rights Defender and head of the "Tatoyan Foundation" Arman Tatoyan stated that new reports had been submitted to international organizations and officials regarding the urgent need for the release and repatriation of Armenian hostages and prisoners of war held illegally in Azerbaijan. He shared this information on his Facebook page.

"We have highlighted the fabricated trials orchestrated by Azerbaijani authorities, the torture and inhumane treatment of Armenian captives, as well as the role of these trials in deepening hostility and aggression against Armenia."

The Armenian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement emphasizing that it continues to draw international attention to the detention of Armenian prisoners of war, hostages, and other detainees in Azerbaijan. The ministry also condemned the staged trials, which include blatant procedural violations and clear signs of torture.
