Vahe Grigoryan resigns as Constitutional Court judge

PanARMENIAN.Net - Vahe Grigoryan, judge of Armenia’s Constitutional Court, submitted his resignation on April 17. The announcement was made by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, who is currently serving as acting president of the National Assembly.

According to Article 147, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, Grigoryan officially filed his resignation on April 17, 2025.

Grigoryan has been elected as a judge to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
