Vahe Grigoryan resigns as Constitutional Court judge![]() April 18, 2025 - 14:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Vahe Grigoryan, judge of Armenia’s Constitutional Court, submitted his resignation on April 17. The announcement was made by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, who is currently serving as acting president of the National Assembly. According to Article 147, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, Grigoryan officially filed his resignation on April 17, 2025. Grigoryan has been elected as a judge to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
