RA MFA: Israeli strikes on Iran threaten regional peace

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed deep concern over Israel’s attack on Iran, calling it a unilateral act that endangers both regional stability and global peace efforts. The condemnation was shared via the Ministry's official account on X.

“The unilateral attack against Iran is deeply troubling. Coming just before the next round of talks, it jeopardizes peace efforts and undermines both regional stability and international peace.

We condemn such actions and urge an immediate halt to hostilities and full respect for international law,” the statement reads.

The United States and Iran are engaged in negotiations concerning Tehran’s rapidly advancing nuclear program. Oman’s Foreign Minister earlier announced that the sixth round of these talks is scheduled to take place in Muscat on June 15. However, during the night of June 13, Israel launched a large-scale offensive on Iran, striking uranium enrichment facilities in Natanz and Fordow, missile bases in Kermanshah and Khorramabad, and targets in Tehran, Isfahan, Tabriz, and other major cities.
