EU official reviews Armenia-Azerbaijan border status in Tavush

PanARMENIAN.Net - Markus Ritter, the head of the European Union Monitoring Mission in Armenia, joined a patrol unit operating from the Ijevan operational base to observe the situation on the Armenian side of the demarcated section of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. This information was shared on the mission’s official X account.

The EU Monitoring Mission in Armenia will continue its work until 2027, supporting stability along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border and promoting international oversight.
