Baku's attempts to stir up islamic countries against Armenia have not crown with success
Syria plays an important and irreplaceable role in political processes at Near East. The visit of the president of Syria to Armenia will develop the Armenian-Syrian relationship, told Shahen Kandaharian, editor of the Aztag Beirut-based Armenian newspaper to a PanARMENIAN.Net.

"The serious role Syria plays to establish peace in the region shouldn't be forgotten and the visit of Bashar al-Assad should be regarded in this context," Shahen Kandaharian said.

According to Mr. Kandaharian, the visit of the Syria's foreign minister in Armenia and forthcoming visit of the Syrian president, testify, that Baku's attempts to stir up Islamic countries against Armenia have not crown with success.
