Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Romanian Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan on the occasion of Great Union Day.

“I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Romania on your national holiday, Great Union Day. I am pleased to note the continued deepening and expansion of the mutually beneficial partnership between our friendly countries. In recent years, Armenian–Romanian relations have been marked by active political dialogue, increased trade turnover, and the development of sectoral cooperation.

I am confident that through joint efforts, we will further promote the development of intergovernmental ties between our countries, rooted in strong friendship.

I highly appreciate Romania’s support in deepening the Armenia–European Union partnership and in fostering a stable and cooperative environment in the South Caucasus. I wish you good health and success, and peace and prosperity to the people of Romania,” the message reads.
