Top UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan has announced he will face Shara Buleti, ranked 14th in the UFC middleweight division, during the debut event of the Hype Fighting League in Yerevan, according to Panorama.am.

The bout will headline the promotion’s inaugural fight card, scheduled for December 30 at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex.

Tsarukyan had previously teased a “shocking” opponent, which he now confirmed to be Buleti.

The Tsarukyan-Buleti matchup is expected to be the main and most anticipated event of the evening.
