Levon Mkrtchyan, former Minister of Education and Science and representative of the ARF (Dashnaktsutyun), has been summoned to the Prosecutor General’s Office by the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin, Radar Armenia reports.

An examination was carried out regarding assets registered in his name, and based on the findings, a summary report has been prepared.

In addition to Mkrtchyan himself, his brother and several family members have also been summoned to the Prosecutor’s Office in connection with the same matter.

At this time, authorities have not disclosed details about the specific assets under review or the conclusions of the preliminary examination.
