"The position of the "Prosperous Armenia" party is obvious in respect to amnesty in the country: we think, that humanistic step will enable many people to return to their families," press secretary of the "Prosperous Armenia" party Khachik Galstyan said.

According to Khachik Galstyan, the "Prosperous Armenia" party is actively participating in discussion of amnesty-related issues. He also expressed confidence, that amnesty should be applied not all prisoners.
