Former Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, stated in a message marking Army Day that his primary motivation for running for the office of Prime Minister is to establish real peace in the country.

“Our proposals focus on a strong Armenian army and national security. Nothing else matters if we don’t have peace and security, if we lack the ability to defend ourselves.”

He added, “We are responsible before our citizens, we bow to the sacred memory of our heroes, and owe a duty to their families.
