Armenia, UK sign strategic partnership declaration

PanARMENIAN.Net - Within the framework of the European Political Community summit, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, during which the sides exchanged a joint declaration on strategic partnership between Armenia and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Pashinyan highlighted Starmer’s visit as historic, noting that it is the first visit of a UK prime minister to Armenia. He expressed confidence that the visit and meeting would give new momentum to bilateral relations and expand cooperation across various areas.

Keir Starmer thanked for the warm hospitality and the high-level organization of the summit, emphasizing the importance of expanding multifaceted cooperation with Armenia.

The sides exchanged views on both the bilateral agenda and issues of regional significance.

Keir Starmer arrived in Yerevan to participate in the 8th European Political Community summit.
