Against Everyone holds barrel-rolling protest

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Against Everyone political initiative, participating in the parliamentary elections, carried out a new action by rolling a barrel through central Yerevan, Panorama.am reported.

“The logical next stage of our struggle is rolling a barrel. What kind of domestic political and election campaign struggle would it be without rolling a barrel?” participants said.

The action followed the route from Mashtots Avenue through Amiryan Street to Republic Square.

“We are rolling a barrel over all political forces. We are showing that there are three million prime ministers in Armenia and that all of them roll barrels just as well as current and aspiring prime ministers,” members of the initiative said.

They also urged voters to support them, assuring that interesting changes would follow if they were elected.

Earlier, it became known that 50 candidates from the Against Everyone People’s Party election list had withdrawn their candidacies, while another 12 candidates were expected to leave the list. The party said that if successful, it would form a short-term government or renounce its mandates.
