CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM REFERENDUM TO BE HELD NEXT SPRING MOST LIKELY

PanARMENIAN.Net - There is no full clearness in the question of the terms of holding the referendum on constitutional reforms yet. Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated it in the course of Yerevan-Moscow-Los Angeles TV bridge organized by the Public Television Company of Armenia. In his words, the discussion of the alternative version of the constitutional reforms suggested by five opposition parties, which has already been continued for five months, made put off the terms of the referendum, which was earlier planned to be held together with the local government body elections. Robert Kocharian considers that most likely the referendum will be held together with the Parliamentarian elections planned next spring.
