"We are ready to normalize relations with Turkey without preconditions, but we will not allow to use the Armenian-Turkish negotiations to deceive the international community," Serzh Sargsyan said. According to Serzh Sargsyan, Turkey must respect and abide by reciprocal agreements. "Unfortunately, in the case of Armenia's non-compliance can only deepen the atmosphere of mistrust and require more efforts to normalize relations in the future," Sargsyan said.
