Cyprus President awarded the medal of Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - During their official visit to Armenia, Cyprus President Demetris Christofias and his delegation visited Yerevan Mayor's Office to meet with the Mayor and honorable citizens of Armenian capital. Mr. Christofias was the first country leader to visit the City Hall of Yerevan.



Mayor Gagik Beglaryan awarded Demetris Christofias with the Gold Medal of Yerevan, and gave him the illustrated album about Armenian capital as present. In his turn, Cypriot President gave the Mayor a vessel-souvenir symbolizing the reunification of Cyprus and the peaceful solution of Cyprian problem.



Demetris Christofias also visited Yerevan History Museum, where he left a note in the memory book
