  ANC creates human rights violations fileJuly 14, 2009 - 23:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian National Congress will soon announce creation of human rights violations file "The file will contain all cases of human rights violations by Armenia state agencies, local self-government and law enforcement," former deputy prosecutor general Gagik Jahangiryan told a news conference on Tuesday. Asked how the file will be used, Jahangiryan said that it will be handed to Armenia's future leader, Levon Ter-Petrosyan. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
