Volume of gas supply was reduced by 11,8% in first quarter of 2009
Volume of natural gas supply to Armenia was reduced by 14,8% in first quarter of 2009, compared to 2008, to comprise 938.8 cubic meters of gas, ArmRosGazprom reported.
867.7 million cubic meters of natural gas was supplied in the first quarter of 2009, a decrease of 14% registered compared to 2008 results.
Compared to 2008 results, gas consumption volume was reduced by 4,2 %, to comprise 344.6 million cubic meters.
116.8 million cubic meters were consumed by industrial companies, a decrease of 37,2% was registered compared with 2008 results.
Gas consumption volume reduced by 26,7 % in the sphere of energetic, comprising 157.4 million cubic meters of natural gas.
