Cascade Bank Joins NASDAQ OMX Armenia as New MemberJuly 22, 2009 - 18:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Effective from July 22, "Cascade Bank" closed joint stock company (Cascade Bank) is admitted as a member of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. Membership status will provide the bank with full access to all exchange markets, including corporate securities, Government bonds, REPO, and foreign currency. The sole shareholder of Cascade Bank is Cascade Capital Holdings, which was established in 2004 by Cafesjian Family Foundation (USA) to facilitate and support investments into Armenia and Caucasus through creating and managing a group of commercial financial services companies operating to western standards. At present, Cascade Bank delivers the full range of banking services through its Head Office and two branches in Yerevan. As of the end of Q2, 2009, Cascade Bank's total capital amounted to more than AMD 5.6 billion, and total assets exceeded AMD 12.8 billion.
