Editor-in-Chief of "Zhamanak Yerevan" still in grave condition
"Editor-in-Chief of "Zhamanak Yerevan" newspaper is still in grave condition, and we have informed Justice Minister that he needs to be moved to town hospital to receive proper medical care," Arman Danielyan, Chairman of RA Public Watch Group, said today during a workshop organized in Congress Hotel. Ministers' response, according to him, is due in 3 days' time.

As noted by RA Deputy Justice Minister Nikolay Arustamyan, Babajanyan may be moved to another clinic from central prison hospital provided doctors give a relevant conclusion.

Arman Babajanyan, Editor-in-Chief of "Zhamanak Yerevan" newspaper, was arrested in June, 2006 on charges of forging documents and avoiding military service. The First Instance Court of Nork-Marash district sentenced Babajanyan to 4 years in prison.
