Edward Nalbandyan is just a "screw" within the mechanism created by President Serzh Sargsyan, RA ex-Foreign Minister Alexander Arzoumanyan told today a news conference in Yerevan. "Only in case of Serzh Sargsyan's resignation will it be possible to settle NKR conflict," ex-Minister stressed.

Foreign Minister's resignation will make no sense, as anyone replacing him will be as obedient as his predecessor. "The country is governed by a totalitarian system when everything is decided by one person," Mr. Arzoumanyan said, stressing that it is necessary to demand the resignation of the one who created such situation.
