Armenia-NKR 20-year term cooperation concept under development in Armenia
The Public Council of Armenia held its regular session under the chairmanship of Vazgen Manukyan today.
Briefing on the meeting the council members held in Stepanakert, Mr. Manukyan informed that the council is developing a concept of cooperation with NKR for a 20-year term.
The working group dealing with the concept will include Vazgen Manukyan himself, Karen Bekaryan, Suren Zolyan and Ruben Safrastyan. It will also develop a declaration which will underlie the concept to be submitted to the Public Council in September.
