PAN-ARMENIAN NATIONAL MOVEMENT BOARD DENIED LAWSUIT AGAINST TAVUSH ARMENIAN DISTRICT ELECTORAL COMMITTEE
First instance court of Armenian Tavush district passed a decision to deny the Pan-Armenian National Movement party lawsuit against the Tavush district electoral committee. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, the court motivated its decision that it "is not included in the court's authority." Let us remind that the Pan-Armenian movement party was demanding from the Tavush district electoral committee to register its leader Vano Siradeghian, who is wanted by the international police, as candidate for participating in the 75-th electoral district additional parliamentary elections planned May 19, 2002. As secretary of the Central electoral committee of Armenia Armenuhi Zohrabian told the "Arminfo" agency correspondent, according to current state of affairs Vano Siradeghian appeared outside the parliamentary elections May 19, "if the Pan-Armenian National Movement does not appeal to the superior courts against the decision."
