  RA MFA: Novruz Mamedov has no command of NKR situationAugust 6, 2009 - 14:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Recent statements of Novruz Mamedov, Chief of Azeri presidential administration's international affairs department, suggest he has no command of the situation, passing the desirable for reality, RA MFA Acting Press Secretary Tigran Balayan stated. According to him, MG OSCE Co-Chairs for NKR conflict settlement share his position."I believe it was Matthew Bryza who said Mamedov did not participate in any meeting between RA and Azeri Presidents so he's unable to comment either on the course of negotiations or the meetings," Balayan emphasized. Earlier, Novruz Mamedov stated that Armenia is undergoing serious pressure in the issue of NKR conflict settlement-related concessions.
