ArmenTel and Consumer Rights Protection NGO sign memorandum of understanding

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today, ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline trademark) and Consumer Rights Protection NGO signed a memorandum of understanding.



The document was signed between ArmenTel Director General Igor Klimko and Consumer Rights Protection NGO President Abgar Eghoyan.



The document stipulates for a number of events that will provide ArmenTel with independent expert information on client satisfaction level and a possibility to assess its activities from consumer rights protection viewpoint.



As ArmenTel Director General Igor Klimko said, "Both ArmenTel and consumer rights protection organizations aim at improvement of services for clients. That means, we have a common purpose."



According to Consumer Rights Protection NGO President Abgar Eghoyan, ArmenTel is one of the first RA companies, who started collaboration with public sector in order to improve consumers' rights protection. He expressed confidence that the partnership will become a model of interaction between public organizations and private sector.
