There is mutual desire and willingness for developing Armenian-American ties, President Serzh Sargsyan said today in his opening speech delivered at the annual meeting between MFA central staff and Heads of Armenian diplomatic missions abroad. "I'd like to note with satisfaction that we are extending our friendly partnership with US. We maintain direct contact with White House and US Administration, implementing many programs in spheres of democracy, security and economy," Armenian leader stressed, adding that Armenian community in US serves as a bridge between two countries.
