ECONOMIC COURT TO CONSIDER «A1+» TV COMPANY FOUNDER'S SUIT AGAINST NATIONAL COMMISSION ON TV AND RADIO

PanARMENIAN.Net - April 16 the economic court will consider the suit of the founder of «A1+» TV channel against the National commission on TV and radio, whose decision deprived the company of the right to broadcast on the 37-decimeter frequency. The plaintiff states that the commission made the decision to hold the licensing contest breaking a number of legislative acts. In particular, the contest for the right of broadcasting on 37-th frequency was announced only a few weeks before expiration of the license term, while the law requires doing it two months before.
