Dialogue with Diaspora to be systemic and regular
Dialogue and negotiations are always better than silence and confrontation - that's the essence of diplomatic work, said Crimean Armenian community leader Oleg Gabrielyan. "For all existing difficulties, Armenia has its arguments in the dialogue. It's just necessary to be smart enough to use them in a proper manner. Instead of waiving principles, it is necessary to jointly solve the issues which are of interest to both sides. The meeting with Diaspora community in Rostov-on-Don, is a very important event. Instead of timeserving, we are required to enter into a systemic and regular dialogue with Diaspora. That's of key importance for Armenia, and President should explain to Diaspora representative in what way he is going to solve the issue," Analitika.at.ua quotes Gabrielyan as saying.
