Armenian government make amendments to laws related to operation of casinosOctober 1, 2009 - 20:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The government of Armenia introduced a number of amendments and additions to the laws "On Fixed Payments", "On State Duty", "On Profit Tax", "On Value Added Tax" at the meeting on Thursday. This package of laws is aimed at regulating the activities of casinos and gambling halls in the country. Casinos and gaming halls must pay annually 400 million AMD and 50 million AMD respectively, regardless of operating gaming tables.
