Baku political scientists forecast return of former Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosian to big politics. The authors of the survey consider Ter-Petrosian's forthcoming tour to Boston on the invitation of Harvard University Armenian student community as a sign of such a tendency. Baku watches the preparation to the visit with special attention and pins much hope on it. «Azerbaijan's leadership considers that Ter-Petrosian's return to power has its advantages,» - Chief of Foreign Relations Department of Azeri President's machinery Novruz Mamedov stated.
